1 Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal)
Order 2009.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 31 August 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the statutory rules listed in Schedule 1 is postponed from 1 September 2009 to 1 September 2010.
