I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11(5) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .13 December 2004

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Subordinate Legislation Order 2004 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Postponement of repealThe repeal under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 of the following statutory rules is postponed until 1 January 2006: (a) Adoption Regulations 1992; (b) Animal Farming (Registration) Regulations 1995; (c) Animal Welfare Regulations 1993; (d) Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents Regulations 1992; (e) Education Providers Registration (Overseas Students) Regulations 1992; (f) Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Improvement Programme Fees) Regulations 1994; (g) Environment Protection (Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances) Regulations 1993; (h) Fertilizers Regulations 1993; (i) Hydro-Electric Commission By-laws 1994; (j) Hydro-Electric Commission (Electrical Approvals) Regulations 1992; (k) Hydro-Electric Commission (Service and Installation) By-laws 1993; (l) Industrial Relations Regulations 1993; (m) Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1994; (n) Local Government Regulations 1994; (o) Radiation Control Regulations 1994; (p) Retirement Benefits Regulations 1994; (q) Retirement Benefits (Transitional) Regulations 1994.
