I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11(5) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .14 December 1998

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Subordinate Legislation Order 1998 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Alcohol and Drug Dependency Regulations 1969The repeal of the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Regulations 1969 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 4Fire Damage Relief Regulations 1967The repeal of the Fire Damage Relief Regulations 1967 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 5Goods (Trade Descriptions) Regulations 1972The repeal of the Goods (Trade Descriptions) Regulations 1972 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 6Land Valuation Regulations 1972The repeal of the Land Valuation Regulations 1972 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 7Maintenance Regulations 1968The repeal of the Maintenance Regulations 1968 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 8National Parks and Reserves Regulations 1971The repeal of the National Parks and Reserves Regulations 1971 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 9Public Trustee Regulations 1971The repeal of the Public Trustee Regulations 1971 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 10Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Regulations 1969The repeal of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Regulations 1969 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 11Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations 1971The repeal of the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations 1971 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000 12Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968The repeal of the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 13Traffic (Public Vehicles) Regulations 1967The repeal of the Traffic (Public Vehicles) Regulations 1967 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000. 14Wildlife Regulations 1971The repeal of the Wildlife Regulations 1971 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 is postponed until 1 January 2000.
