The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Minister for Fair Trading, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Children's Toys) Regulations 19871 for 3 months.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 5 and

28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3. Extension of revocation date

The operation of the Consumer Affairs (Product extended from the date of their revocation under

Subordinate Legislation (Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Children's Toys) Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation)

section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act
