Subordinate Legislation (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the address of the prescribed bookshop in the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3Prescribed bookshop

In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004[1], for "356 Collins Street" substitute "505 Little Collins Street".
