Subordinate Legislation Amendment (Prescribed Bookshop) Regulations 2022

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014 to update the address of the bookshop prescribed for the purposes of section 20(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3Regulation 6 substituted

For regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014[1] substitute—

"6   Prescribed bookshop

For the purposes of section 20(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, the prescribed bookshop is TIMG Bookshop, Level 10, 575 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
