Subordinate Legislation Amendment (Prescribed Bookshop) Regulations 2019

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014 to update the address of the bookshop prescribed for the purposes of section 20(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 March 2019.

4Prescribed bookshop

In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014[1], for "SAI Global Bookshop, 85 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne" substitute "TIMG Bookshop, Level 10, 575 Bourke Street, Melbourne".
