SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1989—ORDER

(L.S.) ANTHONY MURRAY GLEESON, A.C., Lieutenant-Governor. I, the Honourable A. M. Gleeson, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 1997 to 1 September 1998 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:

All regulations under the Coal Mines Regulation Act 1982 that are in force immediately before 1 September 1997 and that would, but for this Order, be repealed on that date by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 (35 regulations)

All regulations under the Commercial Vessels Act 1979 that are in force immediately before 1 September 1997 and that would, but for this Order, be repealed on that date by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 (6 regulations)

All regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1983 that are in force immediately before 1 September 1997 and that would, but for this Order, be repealed on that date by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 (8 regulations)
