SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1989–ORDER

I, the Honourable A. M. Gleeson, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section l1 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 1997 to 1 September 1998 the date on which the Clean Waters Regulations 1972 are repealed by section 10 of that Act.
