1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Accident Compensation Regulations 2001 for the period specified in regulation 3.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3Extension of operation
The operation of the Accident Compensation Regulations 2001[1] is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 13 March 2012.
4Expiry
These Regulations expire on 14 March 2012.

1. General Information
The Subordinate Legislation (Accident Compensation Regulations 2001 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2011, S.R. No. 11/2011 were made on
8 March 2011 by the Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Assistant Treasurer, under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, No. 104/1994 and came into operation on 8 March 2011.
The Subordinate Legislation (Accident Compensation Regulations 2001 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2011 will expire on 14 March 2012:

2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Subordinate Legislation (Accident Compensation Regulations 2001 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2011 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
