AN ACT to enable the purposes of certain

Permanent Reserves to be changed.

[Assented to 6th February, 1909.]

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     All those portions of permanent reserve numbered 76 9 t Change of purist-A(4

included in permanent reserve number 5694A and dedicated to

the purpose of municipal gardens.

2. 'That portion of permanent reserve numbered 3078 situated Change of purpose

in the Municipal District of Subiaco. more particularly described in of portion of Reserve AA

the Second Schedule, awl now dedicated to the purpose of public	3078.
buildings, is hereby excised from the said reserve and included in permanent reserve number 6052A and dedicated to the purpose of a Children's Hospital site.

First Schedule.

All those portions of permanent reserve numbered AA5691:

Bounded by lines starting from the South-West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 424 and extending West 1 chain 77* links ; thence South to the North- Western boundary of Reserve 5694 ; thence North-West along said boundary to the starting point.

Bounded by lines starting from the. South- West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 437, and extending North along its Western boundary 2 chains ; thence West 27* links ; thence South 2 chains to Hamersley Road ; thence East 27* links along Hamersley Road to the starting point.

Second Schedule.

All that portion of permanent reserve numbered AA3078, known as Perth Suburban Lot 466, containing one rood and twenty perches, and bounded by lines starting from the West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 463, and extending 180° 35' 3 chains 29 links to the North-Western side of Thomas Street ; thence 222° 48' 1 chain 13* links along said side of street to the North side of .Hay Street; thence 270° 41' 20gu links along said side of Hay Street; thence ti 35' 4 chains 10*, links to the South boundary of Perth Suburban Lot 185, and thence 90° 36' 1 chain to the starting point.
