AN ACT to authorise the Governor to ex- change Perth Suburban Lots 270, 271, 272, and 273 for Swan Locations 118 and 119.

[Assented to, 19th February, 1902.]

HEREAS Perth Suburban Lots 270, 271, 272, and 273 are

reserves are classified as of Class A: And whereas it is desirable toWreserved for the purpose of public recreation, and as such

exchange such lands for Swan Locations 118 and 119: Be it there- fore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. IT shall be lawful for the Governor to exchange Perth

Suburban Lots 270, 271, 272 and 273 for Swan Locations 118 Power to exchange	certain reserved
and 119.	lands.

In the name and on behalf of the King I hereby assent

to this Act.
