Regulations 2002

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governors Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Subdivision (Body Corporate) Regulations 20011 to specify the duty of bodies corporate to make available their documents and records.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 29 and

43 of the Subdivision Act 1988.

3. New regulation 313 substituted

For regulation 313 of the Subdivision (Body
Corporate) Regulations 2001 substitute—

Subdivision (Body Corporate) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

"313. Availability of documents and records

The body corporate, on request by a member, a mortgagee of a lot or the representative of a member or mortgagee of a lot, must make—

(a) the minutes of the body corporate's meetings; and
(b) the body corporate's books of accounts; and
(c)

the other records that the body Regulations to keep—

available to that person for inspection at any

reasonable time.".
