MELBOURNE, 30 JUNE 2014

Application for approval of the Taylors College Perth Enterprise Agreement 2014 — notice of employee representational rights did not comply with the requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009 — application for approval dismissed.

[1] This is an application to certify an enterprise agreement titled Taylors College Perth Enterprise Agreement 2014 (the Agreement).

[2] There are three areas of concern with the Agreement. Two matters could be resolved [see proposed clauses 2.10 and 4.4(1)(a)], however, the notice of employee representative rights does not comply and the application must fail. 1

[3] I refuse to certify the Agreement.
