(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Student Assistance Act 1973.

Commencement

1. Regulation 2 shall be taken to have commenced on 1 January 1989.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Student Assistance Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
