REGULATIONS UNDER THE STUDENT ASSISTANCE ACT 1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Student Assistance Act 1973.

Amendments of the Student Assistance Regulations  

Commencement.

1. The amendments effected by Regulations 2 and 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1976.

Schedule 1.

2. Schedule 1 to the Student Assistance Regulations is amended by adding after the words—

“ The Australian Chiropody Association College ”

the words—

“ The Australian College of Physical Education ”.

Schedule 3.

3. Schedule 3 to the Student Assistance Regulations is omitted and the following Schedule substituted: —
