STUBBINGS
v
THE KING
[2023] HCASL 209
S85/2023
The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Criminal Appeal of New South Wales (Gleeson JA, Davies J and Wilson J agreeing) dismissing the applicant's appeal against sentence. The application has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
