AN ACT to authorise the substitution of cer- tain Roads and Streets for certain existing Roads and Streets, and for closing certain portions of such existing Roads and Streets.

1-JE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and 0 with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. THE roads or streets as defined in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby substituted for the existing roads or streets the definition of which is given in the second column of the said Schedule and opposite to the first. mentioned definitions respec- tively; and all rights-of-way on or over such portions of each existing road or street as are not covered by the road or street substituted for it shall cease to exist from the passing of this Act,
