AN ACT to amend the Street Photographers

Act, 1947.

[Assented to 8th November, 1965.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Street and citation,

Photographers Act Amendment Act, 1965.

(2) In this Act the Street Photographers Act,

1947, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3)

The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Street Photographers Act,

1947-1965.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended amended.

by substituting for the words, "of one pound" in line two of subsection (2), the words, "of five pounds or such other fee as may be prescribed".
