Street Collections Amendment Regulations

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations are the Street Collections Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Street Collections
Regulations 1999* .

3.             Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(1) is amended by deleting "for Fair Trading".
