AN ACT to authorise the closing of certain

Roads in the Township of Wonnerup.

[Assented to, ieih March, ig92.]

HEREAS certain pieces of land in the Township of Wonnerup, hitherto formed certain Public Roads ; And whereas it is expedient that the said pieces of land should cease to be Public Roads : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

W more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, have Preamble.

1. ALL rights of way in and over such roads and portions of road in the township of Wonnerup, as are described in the Schedule	Rights of way
abolished.
hereto, shall henceforth cease and determine, and it shall be lawful for Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, to deal with the said pieces of land as if they had never been Public Roads.

to this Act.

Closing of Roads in Wonnerup.

SCHEDULE.

WONNERUP Roam-22 chains 25 links in length and 75 links in width, being bounded on the North-West by Wonnerup Suburban Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 ; and on

the South-East by 22 chains 25 links of the North-western boundary of Wellington

Location 41, and terminated at its South-western end by Cross Road, and at the North-eastern end by a line in prolongation South-eastwards of the North-east boundary of Suburban Lot No. 1 aforesaid.

CROSS Roan.-22 chains 60 links in length on its Western side and 1 chain in width, being bounded on the South-west by Wonnerup Suburban Lots 6, 59, and 26 ; on the North-east by Wonnerup Road (now to be closed), Suburban Lot 5, and part of Suburban Lot 58, and being terminated at its South-eastern end by a line in prolongation North-eastward of the South-east boundary of Suburban Lot 6, and at its North-western end by a line in prolongation Eastward of the Northern boundary of Suburban Lot 26.
