AN ACT to authorise the Closing of certain

Roads and Streets.

[Assented to, 2gth October, ig99.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. ALL rights of way on and over such roads and streets Abolition of rights

or portions of roads or streets as are described in the Schedule of way.

hereto shall cease from the passing of this Act, and Her Majesty,

her heirs and successors, may deal with such portions as if they had

never been public roads or streets or subject to the said rights.

to this Act.

All that portion of Leslie Street bounded on the North. and East by lines extending 266' 51' 5 chains 25 links, and 176° 51' 1 chain 50 links from a point situate 266° 51' 1 chain 50 links from the South-West corner of Bardoc Town Lot 21 ; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.
