AN ACT to authorise the Closing of certain
Roads and Streets.
[Assented to, 30th September, a96.]
| and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present. | BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council |
| Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— |
1. ALL rights-of-way on and over such portions of Streets or
| Roads as are described in the Schedule hereto shall cease from the Rights-of-way | abolished. |
| passing of this Act, and Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, may deal with such portions as if they had never been public roads or subject to the said rights. |
In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent
to this Act.

SCHEDULE.
In the Town of MutAnwn.--All that part of Davis Road Westward from
Marmion Street, fronting Town Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
In the Town of BussEvion.—All that piece of land in the Town of Busselton starting at a point in Prince Street distant 85ft. 4in. from the Eastern boundary of Stanley Street ; thence along Stanley Street for a width of 25ft. from the North boundary of Prince Street to the South boundary of Albeit Street ; thence from the North-Eastern boundary of Stanley Street for a distance of 85ft. 4in. along Albert Street, and containing 2 roods 4 perches, more or less, as the same is delineated on Map P.W.D., WA., 3194, deposited in the office of the Commis- sioner of Railways.
