An Act to legalise the closure of Drummond Street, in the

town of Guildford. [Assented to 20th August, 1886.

HEREAS a certain piece of land in the town of Guildford, Preamble

more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, has

heretofore formed a public street in the said town, and has been known

as Drummond Street ; And whereas it is expedient that the said piece of land should cease to be a public street : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependen- cies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

SCHEDULE

All that piece or parcel of land one chain fifty links wide, extending South

from the South side of Helena Street, between the North-East and North-West

corners of Guildford town lots 100 and 95, to the right bank of the Helena River.
