An Act to legalise the closure of Drummond Street, in the
town of Guildford. [Assented to 20th August, 1886.
HEREAS a certain piece of land in the town of Guildford, Preamble
more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, has
heretofore formed a public street in the said town, and has been known

as Drummond Street ; And whereas it is expedient that the said piece of land should cease to be a public street : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependen- cies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—
MI right of way
| over Drummond | 1. All rights of way in and over the piece or parcel of land forming |
| Street to cease | Drummond Street, running from Helena Street to the Helena River, |
| Property re. | in the town of Guildford, and more particularly described in the |
| vested in Her | Schedule hereto, shall henceforth cease and determine ; and the said |
| Majesty | piece or parcel of land shall, by virtue of this Act, vest in Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, and may be dealt with as if the same had never formed or been used as a public street. |

SCHEDULE
All that piece or parcel of land one chain fifty links wide, extending South
from the South side of Helena Street, between the North-East and North-West
corners of Guildford town lots 100 and 95, to the right bank of the Helena River.
