An Act to make it lawful to close up a certain Street

in the Town of Guildford.

[Assented to 7th April, 1881.

HEREAS a certain piece of land in. the Town of Guildford,

more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, has been

heretofore proclaimed a Public Street, and whereas it is expedient

that the said piece of land should cease to be a Public Street : Be it

therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia

.and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the

Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

1. All rights of way in and over the piece or parcel of land forming part of Terrace Road, from its junction with East Street to the Helena River, in the Town of Guildford, and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, shall henceforth cease and determine, and it shall be lawful for Her Majesty to deal with the said piece or parcel of land as

if it had never been proclaimed a Public Street.

SCHEDULE

All that part of Terrace Road lying between the north end of East Street and

Helena River, bounded on the north by Swan Location 16, and on the south, by

•uildford Town Lot 27, and containing about two acres.
