An Act to authorise the Closing of a certain Street in the
Township of Busselton.
[Assented to 1st November, 1894.
HEREAS a certain piece of land, situate in the Township of Preamble
| has hitherto been reserved and marked on the plans of the said town-W | Busselton, more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, |
ship as a Public Road or Thoroughfare, but the said land has never or but seldom been so used : And whereas it is expedient that the said piece of land should cease to be a Public Road or Thoroughfare : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
| 1. All rights of way (if any) in and over the said piece of land shall henceforth cease and determine, and it shall be lawful for Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, to deal with the said piece of land as if it never had been a public road or thoroughfare. | Rights of way |

SCHEDULE
All that piece or strip of land, five chains long and one chain wide, containing half an acre, connecting Albert Street with Peel Street. Bounded on the West by Busselton Town Lots 226 and 106, and on the East by Busselton Town Lots 86 and 87.
