An Act to make it lawful to close up a certain Street in
the Township of Busselton.
[Assented to 16th September, 1881.
HEREAS a certain piece of land in the Township of Busselton,
more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, has been
heretofore proclaimed a Public Street, and whereas it is expedient that
the said piece of land should cease to be a Public Street : Be it there-
fore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia
and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—
1. All rights of way in and over the piece or parcel of land which lie's between Church Street and the Vasse River, in the township of Busselton, and which is more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, shall henceforth cease and determine ; and it shall be lawful for Her Majesty to deal with the said piece or parcel of land as if it had never been proclaimed a public street.

SCHEDULE
All that portion of Vines Street in the township of Busselton which lies between Church Street and the Vasse River, and containing three (3) roods and twenty-four (24) perches, more or less.
