An Act to authorise the Closing of Portions of certain
Streets and Thoroughfares in the Town of Bunbury.
[Assented to 28th November, 1894.
HEREAS certain pieces of land in the Town of Bunbury, preamble
Whitherto formed portions of certain Public Streets and Thoroughfares :more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, have
And whereas it is expedient that all Rights of Way in and over the said pieces of land should cease : Bo it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. All rights of way in and over such portions of the streets and Rights or way
public thoroughfares in the town of Bunbury, as are described in the ab°11shed lawful for Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, to deal with the said pieces of land as if they had never been public roads.

ELIOT STREET.—Between Koombana Terrace and the south-west corner of
Lot 41, containing 1 rood S perches, more or less.
SYMMONS &num.—Between Koombana Terrace and the north-west corner of
Lot 70, containing 36 perches, more or less.
WATERLOO PLACE.—Between Koombana Terrace and the junction of Wellington
and Arthur Streets, containing 1 rood 2 perches, more or less.
WELLINoYoN STREET.—Between Waterloo Place and the north-west cornet of
Lot 217, containing 1 rood 30 perches, more or less.
