1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan No 109.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

The aim of this Plan is to amend the Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance to remove certain properties from the list of heritage items.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lots 16 and 17, DP 3511, 34 Tavistock Road, Homebush West,
(b)	SP 71017, 46 Beresford Road, Strathfield,
(c)	Lot A, DP 336697, 48 Beresford Road, Strathfield.
