1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan No 108.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 102, DP 1134585, 483 Liverpool Road, Strathfield South, as shown coloured light blue, edged dark red and lettered “3 (b)” on Sheet 3 of the map marked “Strathfield Local Environmental Plan No 108” deposited in the office of Strathfield Municipal Council.
