Strathfield Local Environmental Plan No 100

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan No 100.

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	tomakefurtherprovisionwithrespecttocomplying development in the local government area of Strathfield, and
(b)	to remove from the complying development Schedule to the Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance the matter relating to subdivision.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to all land within the local government area of

Strathfield under the Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance.

4      Amendment of Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance

The Strathfield Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Insert instead:

Development Control Plan:

(Amendment No 1), as approved by the Council on 20

March 2001,

(Amendment No 2), as approved by the Council on 12

November 2002.
