The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies and, in particular, to the following land:

(a)

Lots 14 and 15, DP 9154, 18 and 19 Loftus Crescent, Homebush,

(b)

Lot F, DP 435796 and Lot A, DP 900294, 14 and 55 Rochester Street, Homebush,

(c)

Lot 13, Section 11, DP 827, 11 Hornsey Road, Homebush West,

(d)

Lots 8 and 9, DP 78385, Lots A and B, DP 82177 and Lot 5, DP 1103489, 222, 232 and 234 Parramatta Road, Homebush West,

(e)

Lots 104 and 105, DP 11427, 344 Parramatta Road, Homebush West,

(f)

Lots 106–116, DP 11427, 6–26 Telopea Avenue, Homebush West,

(g)

SP 7275, 415 Liverpool Road, Strathfield,

(h)

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

Amendment of Strathfield Local Environmental

Plan 2012

[1]      Clause 4.3A Exceptions to height of buildings (Parramatta Road Corridor)

Insert “Part of” before “75” in the Table to the clause.

[2]      Clause 4.4A Exceptions to floor space ratio (Parramatta Road Corridor)

Omit “34, 35,” and “36,” from the Table to the clause.

[3]      Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit the matter relating to item no I61 from Part 1. Insert in appropriate order:
