1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Strathfield—

(a)	Lot 8, DP 15917, 6 Pilgrim Avenue,
(b)	Lot 9, DP 15917, 4 Pilgrim Avenue,
(c)	Lot A, DP 100558, 13 Albert Road,
(d)	Lot B, DP 100558, 11 Albert Road,
(e)	Lot 100, DP 807807, 9 Albert Road,
(f)	SP 8785, 2 Pilgrim Avenue.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
