1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 101–109 Parramatta Road (being Lot 200, DP 1117827) and 112–134 Parramatta Road (being Lots 7, 8, 10 and 11, DP 9154; Lots A and B, DP 374452; Lots 1 and 2, DP 934526; Lot 12, DP 654033 and Lot 329, DP 752023), Homebush.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “105–109 and 112–134 Parramatta Road, Homebush” from clause 2 (1).

Insert instead “101–109 Parramatta Road (being Lot 200, DP 1117827) and 112–134 Parramatta Road (being Lots 7, 8, 10 and 11, DP 9154; Lots A and B, DP 374452; Lots 1 and 2, DP 934526; Lot 12, DP 654033 and Lot 329, DP 752023), Homebush”.
