I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .10 November 2020

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port) Notice 2020 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 20 November 2020. 3Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor (1) The areas of land, identified as Area 1 on Plan 10922, Plan 10912, Plan 10907 and Plan 10610 in the Central Plan Register, are – (a) designated to be land within a corridor; and (b) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (c) assigned the name “Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port”. (2)  A reduced copy of the following plans in the Central Plan Register are set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1 : (a) Plan 10922; (b) Plan 10912; (c) Plan 10907; (d) Plan 10610.
