I make the following notice under section 100(1) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .10 March 2020

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Railway Infrastructure - Turners Marsh to Lilydale) Notice 2020 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 27 March 2020. 3Transfer of rail infrastructureAll rail infrastructure that is situated on the corridor named the North East Corridor from Turners Marsh to Lilydale is transferred to the Crown.
