I make the following notice under section 100(1) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .10 November 2020

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Rail Infrastructure - Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port) Notice 2020 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 20 November 2020. 3Transfer of rail infrastructureAll rail infrastructure that is situated on the corridor named the Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port is transferred to the Crown.
