I make the following notice under section 100(1) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .28 January 2021

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Rail Infrastructure - South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 5 February 2021. 3Transfer of rail infrastructureAll rail infrastructure that is situated on the corridor named the South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street is transferred to the Crown.
