I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .28 January 2021

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 5 February 2021. 3Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridorThe area of land designated on Plan 10597 in the Central Plan Register to be land within a corridor is – (a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (b) assigned the name "South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street".

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
