I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .31 January 2020

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020. 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 7 February 2020. 3Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor [Clause 3 Amended by S.R. 2022, No. 40, Applied:30 Jun 2022] The area of land designated as Area 1 on Amended Plan, Revision No. 1, of Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register, to be land within a corridor, is – (a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (b) assigned the name “North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah”.
