I make the following notice under section 7 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .16 June 2022

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Amendment Notice 2022. 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal NoticeIn this notice, the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020 is referred to as the Principal Notice. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020.
