I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .30 November 2021

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road) Notice 2021. 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on 17 December 2021. 3Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor (1) The areas of land identified as Area 1 and Area 2 on Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register are – (a) designated to be land within a corridor; and (b) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (c) assigned the name “Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road”. (2)  A reduced copy of Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1, to this notice. Schedule 1Plan
