STRATA TITLES (RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles (Resolution of

Disputes) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Strata Titles (Resolution of Disputes) Regulations

1985* is amended —

(a)	by deleting "25.00" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each place the following —
" 26.00 "; and
(b)	by deleting "51.00" and substituting the following —
" 52.00
