STRATA TITLES (RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles (Resolution of Disputes)

Amendment Regulations 1990.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Strata Titles (Resolution of Disputes) Regulations 1985* is

amended by deleting the fee amounts and substituting in corresponding order
the following fee amounts-

25.00 51.00 25.00 12.00 11.00 ".
