Strata Titles General Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Strata Titles General Amendment
Regulations (No. 5) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Strata Titles
General Regulations 1996*.

4.            Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8(1)(b) is amended by deleting "on public record in the department principally assisting the Minister in the administration of the Act." and inserting instead -

7.            Regulation 18 amended

Regulation 18(b) is amended by deleting "by the proper officer of the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of the Act." and inserting instead a full stop.
