Strata Titles General (Amendment)

Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General
(Amendment) Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the later of 1 July
1998 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Strata Titles General Regulations 1996* is
amended in item 1(b), (c) and (d) by deleting "60.00" and
inserting instead —
" 64.00 ".
