STRATA TITLES GENERAL (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (No. 2)

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General (Amendment)

Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Commencement

" 1997 ".

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Strata Titles General Regulations 1996* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 16 amended

4.      Regulation 16 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"; and".

Schedule 1 amended

5. (1) Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended in subitems

1 (e) and 1 (f) by deleting "1972" in the two places where it occurs and by
substituting in each case the following —

(2) Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 3	and substituting the following item -
3.	The fees payable to the Commission for a certificate of approval to a strata plan are to be in accordance with the following scale -
