Strata Titles General Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 5 August 2002.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Strata Titles
General Regulations 1996*.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by deleting item 3 and inserting the following item instead -

3. The fees payable to the Commission for a certificate of approval
to a strata plan are to be in accordance with the following
scale —
