Strata Titles General Amendment

Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the later of 1 July 2001 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Strata Titles General Regulations 1996* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1(b) by deleting “70.00” and inserting instead — “ 75.00 ”;
(b)	in item 1(c) by deleting “70.00” and inserting instead — “ 75.00 ”;
(c)	in item 1(d) by deleting “70.00” and inserting instead — “ 75.00 ”.
