STRATA TITLES ACT 1985

STRATA TITLES GENERAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles General Amendment

3060 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [28 June 1996

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1996.

Principal regulations

3.- In these regulations the Strata Titles General Regulations	1996* are
referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 12 amended

4.     Regulation 12 (2) (b) (i) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "authority".

Regulation 15 amended

5.     Regulation 15 (1) (c) (ii) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "a townsite as defined under section 6 of the Local Government

Act 1960" and substituting the following -

"

an area that has been, or is to be regarded as having been, constituted

a townsite, and given a name, under section 10 of the Land Act 1933 it

6.     Regulation 39 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"authority".

-	Schedule 1 amended
7. (1) Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended in item 1 by
deleting "62.00" in the 3 places where it occurs and substituting in each case the following -
" 60.00

(2) Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 3

and substituting the following item -

3. The fees payable to the Commission for a certificate of approval to

a strata plan are to be in accordance with the following scale -

Schedule 2 amended 71

8.   Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is amended in the descriptions of

Forms 7, 9 and 18 by deleting "Authority" in each case.
